Job Description

Requirements:

  • With experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Experience in Call Centre or Hotline is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good telephone manner & Communication Skills
  • Tertiary education in Finance, Business or related disciplines
  • Immediate Available is highly preferable

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Mainly to answer customer enquiries & complaints with professional manner via phone or computer and in person
  • Providing professional customer service & relationship building
