- Facilitate and handle all customer service duties.
- Conduct regular contact calls with loyalty clients.
- Handle complaints.
- Generate additional projects for the technical team.
- Work with technical and workers team to coordinate all bookings.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- High Diploma or above
- Patient and detailed oriented
- Mature, good communication skill, independent and able to work under pressure
- Polite, sincere, responsible and positive attitude
- Chinese Typing is a must
- Immediate available preferred
