l Provide professional services in handling inbound enquiry from clients
l Handle client’s enquiry and complaints regarding following up order and service request in professional and timely manner
l Perform daily settlement duties including information checking, trade processing, order settlement etc.
l Follow up the status of orders and update the on requests
l Prepare reports as requested
l Perform form any ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors
l Working Hour : 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 11pm - 7am
l F.7 or above
l At least 1 year work experience
l Good command of computer literacy with MS Office
l Good level of Figures Sensitive, preferable with bookkeeping knowledge
l Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and able to work independently
l Willing to work under pressure
