Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Reporting to Customer Service Manager
  • Key objective is to: achieve customer service excellence when supporting regional replenishment activities
  • Regular job duties include order management, sample delivery, supply of technical information, enquiries and complaints handling, customer forecast consolidation, stock replenishment monitoring and coordination, shipment follow up, customer profiles update and payment follow up
  • In addition, the incumbent will watch out for improvement opportunities in customer service practices or processes and initiate action/ make proposal to management accordingly

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business/ Supply Chain with at least 3 years' relevant MNC experience in customer service and order processing system
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and precise
  • Excellent team member with good interpersonal skills to work effectively with different parties
  • Multi-tasking and thorough with demonstrated following up skills plus strong sense of job ownership and accountability
  • Adaptable to change and flexible in problem solving, with strong devotion to work
  • Fluent communication skills in written and verbal English and Chinese/ Mandarin
  • SAP knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
