Job Description

A financial services company in Central is looking for Customer Service Officer:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Handle client enquiries and liaise with insurance companies
  2. Facilitate insurance service process between the clients and insurance companies
  3. Prepare quotation and relevant documentation for new cases and renewal policies

 

Job Requirements:

 

  1. Passed IIQE Papers 1, 2 and 3
  2. Relevant working experience in Insurance preferred
  3. Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
  4. Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
  5. Good computer knowledge in MS office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

 

Salary depends on experience and/or qualifications.
