Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work at Customer Contact Centre and provide one-stop service to banking customers

Delivers professional phone banking service through answering enquires by handling inbound/outbound call, internet and email

Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly by necessary investigation

Report suspicious fraud cases, major incidents and customer feedback to respective department in timely manner

Achieve the service target and follow the service standard set up by company

Ensures all operational activities are in full compliance with the requirement of the Bank and regulatory authorities

Perform any ad hoc duty assigned by management

Requirements:

Diploma or degree holder in BA/Marketing/Banking or equivalent disciplines; candidate have only secondary education background with solid banking experience is also welcomed to apply   

At least 2-3 years’ experience in contact centre of financial institution preferably in private banking/credit card centre

Experience in customer relationship by handling customer complaints in positive manner

Good in verbal and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese)

Good in customer service mindset and interpersonal communication skill

Independent and able to work under pressure
