Our client, a global logistics company, is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
- Meet and greet customers at the center
- Deal with telephone calls/ queries in professional manner
- Handle incoming / outgoing calls
- Update, process and file documents
- Maintain daily operation and process administrative report
- Check and follow up with payment settlement of the office administration related billings and invoices
- Diploma holder or above
- 2 year relevant working experience in customer service or retail industry is preferred
- Good command of written & spoken English, (Cantonese and/or Putonghua an advantage)
- Outgoing and friendly with good communication and problem solving skills
