Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between the client and operation teams to ensure the smooth workflow for all submissions
  • Assist and monitor the arrangement of projects and advise updates to client when necessary
  • Coordinate with related parties, customers, subcontractors, AMs, PMs/PEs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence from client and partner labs
  • Send out output documents such as confirmation letters, reports and certificates
  • Manage project data base and maintain information integrity
  • Monitor and control project costs and work with Finance team for accrual and provision processes
  • Maintain a efficient and systematic filing system and file all documents in an orderly manner
  • Track and ensure the delivery of samples from client and passed to corresponding parties for examination and testing
  • Perform administrative work and co-ordinate with other secretarial staff as necessary
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Team Manager and/or Supervisor
Basic Requirements:
  • HKCE / HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years working experience in customer service/sales/marketing
  • Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Able to complete task within deadline
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated to drive for success in challenging environment
  • A good team player with solid interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external partners
