Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day phone/ email enquiries and complaints from customers.
  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customers' problems and requests.
  • Provide clerical support to operation team and accounting department.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above, with min 1-2 years’ customer services experience is preferable.  Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Chinese and English Word Processing.
  • 5-day work.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
