Job Description

Our client is a leading High-tech consumer electronic products company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints and conduct investigation if necessary;
  • Respond to the feedback from external / internal customer in a timely manner;
  • Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above;
  • Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred;
  • Strong communication or negotiation skill;
  • Hardworking and self-motivated;
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel);
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediately Available is preferred.
