Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Customer Service team members to handle customer enquiries, complaints and any incidents occurred
  • Monitor and ensure accurate quotation, service order, invoice to clients
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations
  • Conduct site surveys and design security systems based on users' requirements as well as company's quality standard
  • Support the project team to achieve team goal
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 2 years of leadership experience as customer service or sales in the services industry is preferable
  • Fluency in written & spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Good common sense, communication & presentation skills
  • Well organization, customer-oriented, people and project management skills
