Job Description Summary
Provide effective solutions to administrative & services enquiry of employee benefits related products arising from distributors (advisors and brokers) and customers via various service channels.
Handle enquiries and requests of employee benefits related products (including but not limited to MPF and Group Life and Health) arising from distributors and customers.
Provide effective solutions to enquiries/complaints via various service channels (phone, email and service counter, etc.) in a proactive and professional manner with tactful customer service skills.
Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of distributor/ customer requests and problems.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards.
Support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements.
Support ad-hoc tasks to achieve desired results of business needs.
Experience & Qualifications
Degree holder with experience in insurance industry
F.7 with customer service experience in life insurance industry will also be considered
5+ years of customer service experience
Experience in MPF, group medical products is preferred (but not essential)
Preferably worker in a call centre environment (but not essential)
LOMA qualifications will be an advantage
Knowledge / Skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong self-initiative, flexible, responsible and able to work under pressure
Mature and pleasant personality
Adherence to quality standards
Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
