Job Description

Job duties

  • Handle and resolve client queries and request via phone / whatsapp about Client App in a nice and courtesy attitude.
  • Collect feedback and reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company.
  • Log down the call details at system in English.



  • University graduate preferred
  • 1 – 2 years experience in hotline is preferred
  • Good telephone manners
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Good Mandarin will be an asset.


*3 months contract, 5 days work in Hung Hom, Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800, Monthly salary around HK$13000 - 15000 depends on experience.
