The Company
Our clients are well-known Insurance Companies and they are urgently looking for high calibre to join the team.
  
The Role
·         Perform post-sales and courtesy call
·         Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
·         Handle written enquiries such as incoming mail, faxes and letters
·         Assist and support any ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the manager
·         Provide professional customer services and relationship building
  
Your Profile
·         Post-Secondary or above with 3-10 year of customer service experience in insurance industry
·         Good spoken and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
·         Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills
·         Good Computer Literacy
·         More experienced will be considered for Customer Service Manager
