Job Description

Our client is one of the luxurious shopping mall located in the art of Hong Kong. They are currently looking for talents who have solid experience in handling customer redemption requests to join their team.

Our client if a luxury shopping mall located in the heart of Hong Kong. They aim to offer unforgettable experiences and tailor-services to each of their premium customers. They are currently expanding their customer service team.


  • Support daily operation of the concierge counter
  • Assist customers with their needs in a professional manner
  • Handle redemption request in a timely manner
  • Deliver company policy accurately
  • Deliver clear and accurate information of the shopping mall
  • Handle complains and reassure customers
  • Identify service gap and offer recommendation to the management team
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • High Diploma or above
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in handling customer redemption
  • Candidates with experience in retail store/ telecommunication retail store/ shopping mall are highly preferred
  • Good team player
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Willing to perform shift duties
