Job Description

  • To perform day-to day operational tasks of trade finance transactional processing
  • To liaise with the customers and maintain good rapport with them at all times
  • To provide support to business Relationship Managers
  • Maintain good relations with fellow colleagues with emphasis on team work
  • To deliver services in line with agreed service standards documented between branch and Trade finance processing center
  • To ensure compliance with guidelines and policies of internal as well as external rules and regulations

Job requirements:

  • Any graduate with minimum 1 years of experience in trade finance operations
  • Understand internal and external guidelines and policies covering trade operations
  • Well verse with rules and regulations covering international trade finance. Eg. UCP 600
  • Able to identify customer needs and deliver services to their satisfaction
  • Able to demonstrate good team work among staff
  • Able to take up additional responsibilities and accept changes
