Job Description

A confidential in-house Customer Service Project Manager opening in a 50+ peoples contact center.

Your new company
An innovative MNC who is providing quality services across Asia is now looking for an experienced Customer Service Project Manager in Hong Kong. With their rapidly growth, currently they are looking for an energetic candidate to enhance the customer service quality.

Your new role
You will be the Customer Service Project Manager to lead and enahnce Customer Experience including:

  • Supervise, coach & enhance the performance efficiency
  • Closely monitor process to ensure all the operation process conform to the global guidelines and requirement
  • Analysis KPI report and optimise processes to enhance customer service experience

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of related working experience
  • Proven call center/contact center/hotline project experience is a must
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
