Our client is one of the leading lifestyle and medical services provider with 24 hours operation. They provide professional medical, lifestyle and travel solutions for their members across the globe. They are currently expanding their HK team and hiring Customer Service Specialist to support the operation.

Our client is one of the leading lifestyle and medical services provider with 24 hours operation. They provide professional medical, lifestyle and travel solutions for their members across the globe. They have over 20 Assistance Centre across the globe with more than 5,000 Medical Experts to provide support to their members. They are currently expanding their HK team and hiring Customer Service Specialist to support the operation.

Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls or emails

  • Understand the needs of customers and assess the urgency of the cases and provide professional support

  • Liaise and coordinate with different assistance centres and international parties

  • Handle complains in a professional and timely manner

Profile

  • Candidates with excellent English speaking skills

  • Candidates who are able to perform shift duties (42.5 hours per week; 4 days work week; overnight shift is required - around 5 days per month)

  • 1 - 2 years of customer service/ call centre experience is highly preferred

  • Good team player

  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome
