Job Description

Our client is a world leading US based water, hygiene and energy technologies and services provider. They are now seeking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their reputable team. The chosen candidate must have previous relevant customer service experience.

Our client is a well-known global provider of water, hygiene and technologies and services to the healthcare, food, energy, industrial and hospitality markets with over 90 years history of innovation. They have operations in over 150 countries with over 50,000 employees. To cope with their steady growth, they are now seeking for high calibre talents to join their customer service team.


  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from corporate clients
  • Provide daily sales administration support and follow up sales order
  • Prepare proposal and quotation for clients
  • Collect customer feedback & handle complex complaints in a professional manner
  • Work closely with internal parties to follow up with customer inquiries, feedback or complaints
  • Perform any administrative works and ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a multinational environment
  • Good command with both spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Ability of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and good time management skills
