Job Description

Our client is a top tier PRC Asset Management House and they are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Professional to join their Hong Kong office.


  • Responsible for account opening, periodic KYC/ AML review, and periodic updates
  • Assist clients on subscriptions/redemption for Funds and other investment products
  • Liaise with external fund administrators
  • Provide support services to fund distributors
  • Draft regular newsletters for clients / fund investors
  • Participate in other ad hoc duties/ projects as requested by line manager


  • Bachelor degree or above preferably major in economics, finance, accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' experience in Transfer Agency/ Client Services with sizeable fund administrators or fund houses
  • Motivated, detail-oriented and can work under pressure
  • Team player with great communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
