Job Description

Title:  Customer Service Supervisor

 Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

 Major Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
  2. Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and promptly within a fast-paced environment
  3. Communicating with factory and providing accurate information to Sales team and customers
  4. Working with technical support team to provide post sales supports/RMA
  5. Supporting Product and Sales team for quotation
  6. Supporting Product team to update price list twice a year and ad-hoc margin analysis
  7. Generating monthly Sales report
  8. Maintaining Product information in ERP systems
  9. Providing administrative support to HK Office
  10. Working with Finance team for sales order processing and reporting
  11. Supporting ad-hoc RFP/RFI responses
  12. Completing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
  13. Providing a professional and pleasant service to every customer and client
  14. Woking with Finance team for staff expense reporting checking / PBNHK annual registration
  15. Other possible work for PBNHK


Required Experiences:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Familiar with Spanish is a strong plus
  2. Strong customer service experience and focus
  3. Proven knowledge of 3PL warehousing and logistics within a similar role
  4. Manage busy workloads and deadlines. Supporting multiple timezones
  5. High level of administrative and data entry skills - speed and accuracy
  6. Excellent attention to detail
  7. Knowledge of SAP and other ERPs in relation to hands-on order processing
  8. Advanced MS Excel knowledge
  9. Work unsupervised and a true team player
  10. Experiences support both hardware and software sales is a strong plus
