The appointee will mainly work in the Academy’s Béthanie Campus at Pokfulam and may be deployed to work at the Academy venues in Wanchai as and when required.
He/She will undertake counter duties and ticket sales; front-of-house duties for Academy/hirers’ performance and events; lead guided tours; and perform other customer services duties in support of the daily operation in the Customer Services Section. The
appointee is expected to perform shift duties including shift work on Sundays and gazetted holidays.
Applicants should have:
(a) Form 5 graduate or above;
(b) preferably with experience in venue and/or box office operations; and
(c) good command of English. Conversant with Putonghua is an advantage.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be made on a two-year contract, with possibility of renewal, subject to mutual agreement. A gratuity payment equal up to 10% of basic salary earned during the contract period will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
