The Job

  • Establish High Level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Post-Sales administration support to sales team of HK
  • Assist sales team on simple order closing
  • Processing sales orders by following company procedures.
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Taking phone calls from customers and process simple orders.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

Requirement:

  • Post-secondary educated with 1-2 years’ related working experience OR University degree in Business/Finance/Economics/ Marketing/Commerce or related disciplines
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of orders at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced  candidates with lower educational background will also be considered
