Customer Services Executive
- Coordinate and follow up across teams to ensure proper execution of shipping documentation and workflow & achieve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in sales support, such as quotation, order follow-up, logistics, after-sales services
- Handle customers’ inquires, such as phone calls and emails
- Monitor product order shipment to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Work closely with billing and account receivable team about the payment status
- Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data entry tasks in system, filling
- Be responsible for preparing regular report to management
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor or department head
- High Diploma or above in logistics, business or any related discipline
- Prior 2-3 year working experience in shipping / logistic customer services
- Relevant experience in Fine Art storage/ logistics would definitively add advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Responsible, positive manner to change, able to handle in multi-task independently
- Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Immediate available preferred
- Working location : Tsim Sha Tsui & Kwai Chung
