We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Global Business and Solution Services team in the APAC region. The position will be based in our Hong Kong office or Guangzhou factory.

Your tasks:

  • Provide regional pre-sales and post-sales technical support and professional services to sales, marketing, partners and customers
  • Handle all technical aspects related to the sales, delivery and use of RFID and solution products
  • Support customer's technical enquiries and claims and provide field support if necessary
  • Handle Claims and Remarks and solve complex problems
  • Monitor and analyze the technical performance of products
  • Visit customers to present company's products/services, provide trainings or resolve onsite issues

Your profile:

  • Completed university studies in a relevant field such as Business or Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Support Engineer or Field Application  within the field of industrial machinery, automation equipment, motion controls, and/or industrial end devices
  • Strong knowledge of software application, driver troubleshooting and CRM tools
  • Creative, analytical and structured thinker
  • Willingness to work with international cross-functional teams in time-sensitive environments
  • Excellent Chinese (Mandarin) and Strong English communication skills
