Job Description


  • Identify potential market risks and report the issues to senior management;
  • Provide customer services, handle customer enquiries and related tasks support to clients;
  • Supervise in handling account opening procedures;
  • Supervise the customer service team


  • Min. 5 years related experience on securities dealing and customer service operations;
  • Quick response, and be able to work under pressure and work independently;
  • Sensitive to the Financial Markets;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with high standard of ethics and integrity;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin
  • Licensed with SFC Type 1 regulated activities;
  • Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
