Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organizing, implementing marketing events, promotion activities, CRM Programme, joint promotion, social media content & promotions, etc
  • Manage, develop and execute internal & external communication collaterals
  • Work closely with internal and external parties for shopping malls promotion
  • Assist to monitor the Customer Service Desk’s daily operations and handle customers enquiries/complaints if necessary
  • Provide admin support to Management Office
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Working location : Kowloon City

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or other related discipline; 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Property Management or retail industry;
  • Solid experience in supervising front line staff and liaising with tenants and customers;
  • Any previous work experience at a Shopping Mall will be an additional advantage;
  • Strong CRM programme, website CMS and social media knowledge;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
