Job Description

Job Highlights:

  • Supporting restaurant merchants transforming to new POS and ordering systems
  • Deliver quality training on our products and follow through customers' cases during nursing period
  • Self-disciplined with good communication skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deployment procedure for POS / related solution
  • Assist in menu input and system configuration according to merchant’s operation
  • Conduct on-site product related training / activities and provide coaching to end-users
  • Response to end-users enquiry on product related questions
  • Facilitate in compiling technical articles for the internal knowledge base and FAQs on POS / related solution
  • Coordinate with helpdesk support team on troubleshooting technical issues



  • Degree holder in related disciplines with working experience in IT firms / F&B / hospitality companies
  • Experience with product training is a plus Able to translate technical features into business-related processes
  • Knowledge on basic hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduates also welcomed
