Job Description

Tasks

  • Delivering luxury customer service, luxury product knowledge and expertise to customers at in-office retail and online store
  • Promote luxury products and address customer enquiries
  • Achieve personal and shop sales targets
  • Dispatching online orders to customers
  • Retrieve stock for customers from stockroom/high shelves
  • Maintain cleanliness of retail space and structure at in-office warehouse
  • Aline with global team on inventory requirements and logistics
  • Driving preparation for trunk shows and other events
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as required by direct manager

Skills

  • Strong interest in fashion-styling with luxury fashion experience
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Sales- and Customer-oriented
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

Qualifications

  • Completed High School or diploma - (bachelor’s degree in relevant field given preference)
  • At least 3 years’ experience working at a luxury retail store or luxury online customer care/ sales

Perks/Remuneration

  • HKD20,000 – 25,000 fixed, plus variable component
  • MPF and basic insurance
