Job Description

  • You are an important part of our global, young customer relations team, based in Hong Kong.
  • You independently supervise our Trusted Checkout transactions and the associated business processes.
  • You quickly find mutually satisfactory solutions in cases of potential conflicts.
  • You respond to incoming user requests via a ticket system or on the phone.
  • While establishing a sustainable relationship with your customers, you also bring your personal style.
  • While doing so, you continually strive to assure the smooth operation of the processes associated with this.
  • You are always thinking about how we can continue to improve Chrono24 and our customer service.

 

What sets you apart:

  • Challenging customer contact is not a problem for you and you already have some experience in the area of customer service.
  • You can win customers over with your communication skills, both on the phone and by e-mail.
  • You have a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Having another native language is an advantage.
  • You are professional and impartial in your role as an intermediary between potentially conflicting parties.
  • You enjoy contributing to the professional and collaborative development of a team with your talents.
  • You stand out because of your proactive approach, teamwork skills, and motivation to take action on your own initiative.
  • You are proficient in the use of common Office solutions and are able to learn new systems quickly.
  • You have passion, creativity and curiosity to learn.
  • Having a thing for watches is not a must but definitely a plus.
