Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for logging incidents, changes and issues in Service Desk systems - Various sources (alerts/phone/email)
  • Perform tape changes, systems monitoring, environment monitoring as required
  • Escalate issues to support staff and engineering teams
  • Prepare reports from the various back office systems

 

Preferred Skills/Education:

  • Diploma/Cert or above in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years working experience in data center environment
  • Previous experience of an Operations environment, a Service Desk environment,
  • Strong willingness to develop long-term career path in the company
  • Willing to perform 7x24 shift duty
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills in Chinese; business English
  • Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • HK permanent resident is required
