Job Description

Reporting and Analytics
• Assist or take ownership in conducting brand or BU specific reporting and analysis to support insights needs of BUs and/or to address specific business issues or needs under Enterprise and Product
• Work with manager to stay abreast of business needs and developments in assigned BUs so that reports, analysis and insights generated are relevant
• Assist or take ownership in generating regular and adhoc reports as required. Understanding the objective of the report and needs of the stakeholder and delivering reports that addresses painpoints and provide actionable insights
• Ensure that reports are generated in a timely and accurate manner
• To continuously review process and develop automation for regular reports where possible

CX Support
• To participate in the development and implementation of customer analytics project as assigned, not limited to mobile analytics and omni-channel analytics
• Set KPIs for measuring project success and help business user to fill up the data demand in the project during design stage and analyse the output for further action by the users
• Provide support to Change Management team on survey target segmentation and blasting issues for research stage, such as pre-purchase and post-purchase surveys – this entails provision of post survey support on customer profiling and data analytics and generate sizing and target list for blasting

Customer Database
• To understand and keep abreast of developments in customers database and related processes and systems
• To continuously review and identify database/system/process enhancements that will ensure efficient and accurate targeting and reporting functions being carried out
• To continuously monitor the system integrity and work closely with solution analyst to rectify any issues arose with excellence
• Work with solutions analyst to ensure where possible to have data elements across all channels
• To provide report automation building in standardized framework for the reports and dashboards to be delivered to the business users


Requirements
• Degree holder in Marketing/Computing/Information System discipline
• 2-3 years experience in related field, preferably with luxury retail or retail experience
• Experience in database marketing/campaign management, reporting and management information
• Able to analyse and translate data into meaningful reports with recommendations
• Good understanding of campaign management and customer segmentation
• Proficiency in SQL, and Microsoft Excel 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
