Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for answer end users’ enquirers for various PC problems through telephone and email

Provide remote and deskside support to end users, e.g. installation of PC, VC setup

Responsible for repair and maintain hardware

Assist in upgrade and installation of software

Troubleshoot and solve for various PC problems

Responsible for update IT related log and reports

Documents handling


Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in IT / computer science related field

Good command in both spoken and written English & Mandarin

About 3 years support experience in deskside support / Operator

Candidates with less experience will also be considered


Working Location : Quarry Bay

Working Hours :    Mon - Fri     9:00 am  to  6:00pm

Monthly Salary :    Salary negotiable
