Job Description

Great opportunity to join the leading hotel management company. You will be providing 1st tier support to internal user and working within a sizeable IT team.


  • Responsible for technical support of the IT infrastructure in the Hong Kong office
  • Provide support on end user computing
  • Work closely with vendor and provide computer hardware maintenance support
  • Provide technical support for video conferencing and AV facilities in meeting rooms
  • Technical support on mobile devices and remote VPN access
  • Provide help desk support including users who are working on the road


  • Degree holder in the field of Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years direct work experience in an end user computing support
  • Candidate certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) or other relevant course will be an advantageous
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System and PC applications
  • Familiarity with managing and supporting mobility devices (Apple iOS & Samsung Android), Mac OS preferred
  • Communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language in both English and Cantonese
