Job Description

Our client is a Global Freight Forwarding Company . They are renowned by their timely and professional services. To better enhance the performance of their customer service department, they are looking for high caliber candidate to join their Customer Service team as Development and Training Manager. 


  • Responsible to lead the staff training strategies, manage its implementation and measure its impact
  • Lead and motivate the customer service teams to achieve company’s goal and consciously improvement in customer service quality
  • Identify and assess the training needs of the company through job analysis, career paths and adopt the best demonstrated practices
  • Perform regular audit process to ensure service standard and compliance are met with business needs
  • Develop and deliver development programs and coaching sessions for Customer Service Team in order to upgrade staff’s skills, knowledge and competencies
  • Develop appropriate approach and performance metrics for the evaluation of the skills of front line staffs
  • Plan and design a series of internal training programmes and ensure the learning effectiveness of target participants to align with the company’s training objectives
  • Analyze performance and recommend improvement measures for Customer Service Teams
  • Optimize Customer Service resources to maximize performance effectiveness and ensure daily customer service processes and procedures are aligned with Headquarter and overseas Customer Service Teams 


  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 8 – 10 years of working experience in customer service field with at least 3 years in managerial positions
  • Experience in Multinational Companies is highly preferred
  • Outstanding presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Strong organization, analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Quality Monitoring systems is an advantage
  • Energetic, aggressive and willing to accept new challenges
  • Good command in written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
