Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for developing social media content and implementing marketing strategy for various digital marketing campaigns / special events, explore new fundraising opportunities targeting individuals. Provide efficient administration / logistic support to ensure the smooth execution of various fundraising projects as well as enhance Orbis’s image.



  1. Develop social media content and implement effective marketing strategy to achieve the best results for acquiring donors, event participants, as well as merchandise buyers.
  2. Monitor digital content performance, integrate best practices and A/B testing to improve fundraising efficiency.
  3. Support other content-related initiatives when needed, including knowledge sharing, donor journey development, eDM, new market analysis, etc.
  4. Explore new and develop potential channels to raise funds from individuals.
  5. Liaise with external suppliers and collaborate with internal departments in managing the production of fundraising materials.  Ensure all fundraising activities are administrated in a timely, high-quality manner and within budget.
  6. Organize donor management events or field trips, support other fundraising offices and participate in other Orbis activities, as requested.



  1. University graduate majoring in marketing, business administration or social sciences
  2. 2 years of experience in the field of marketing/ advertising/ communications industry
  3. Solid experience in content marketing is a must
  4. Good knowledge of content marketing methods and tools are required



  1. High initiative in keeping oneself updated on the latest market trends and online promotion
  2. Presentable, strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Mandarin is preferred.
  5. Knowledge of multimedia production, database management, Photoshop, FrontPage, Dreamweaver and other desktop publishing skills will be definite advantage
  6. Good team player
