Job Description

An outstanding global insurance company is currently looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join their company.

Your main responsibility is to deliver Agile/Digital related projects from end to end.

About the role:

  • Support end to end project delivery
  • Gather business requirement from different parties
  • Requirement analysis and prepare project documentations
  • Communicate between business and IT team from both internal and external
  • Manage IT developers
  • Prepare and execute UAT
  • Prepare user stories and user training materials
  • As a senior member of the project team, guiding junior BAs for project delivery

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in project management/business analysis
  • Experience in digital projects (Mobile, Tablet, etc.)
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
  • With a growth mindset and a good team player
  • Insurance product knowledge is a plus
  • Experience working in financial services industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication in both Cantonese and English
