Our client is a world’s premier company is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Digital Customer Service Executive for Email and Live Chat team to cater the premium online platform

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide customer service and inquiries via Live chat apps and emails
  • Maintain good relationship with premier customers
  • Handle and follow up member request

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 1 year Experience in customer service industry
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
