POSITION: Digital Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead overall digital marketing/ social media/ eCommerce strategies for the corporate
• Identify, monitor and optimize digital platforms to build and enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Plan and develop digital marketing programs to meet revenue and ROI goals
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Department to achieve corporate business goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years’ digital marketing experience
• Proactively work with team members, other marketing teams, merchandising, creative, finance, and other cross-functional groups
• Provide insights to drive an informed marketing strategy based on key metrics, historical data, and trend reporting
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team setting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Keen understanding of digital strategy and creative development
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google’s advertising suite, North America SEO platforms, Photoshop
• Ability to create and communicate new ideas through influential communication and competence
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, research, reporting, and budgeting skills
• Ability to make decisions and recommendations based on analytics without direction from senior leadership
• Proficient basic computer functions - Microsoft business programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Share Point
• Familiar with the US retail market is an advantage
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
