Description

EventXtra is aiming to grow aggressively on its digital footprint and aiming to become the top leading event software in APAC. 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is smart, experienced and analytical to achieve our aggressive goal of digitally ranking the top in Asia. He/She will be leading the digital marketing direction & will directly report to the CEO. 

 

Requirements

  • Make decisions based on logic and data
  • At least 2 years of working experience in digital marketing
  • Great understanding of various marketing channels like paid mobile acquisition, social media, content marketing, SEO, Email marketing
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willing to measure everything, admit failure
  • A self-starter who is results-driven, focused and analytical.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while paying attention to details.
  • Have HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up Optimizely tests is a plus

 

Responsibilities

  • Set up marketing campaign to increase inbound lead & enquiry
  • Make data driven decision
  • Develop and execute PPC/SEM, display, content and paid social marketing campaigns to meet and exceed aggressive lead generation and new customer acquisition goals across
  • Manage campaign budgets, channels and expenditures to meet efficiency targets.
  • Drive A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve ad copy and creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, etc.
  • Analyze performance, and develop and drive appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
  • Plan, execute and optimize on-page website content and landing pages
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion, prioritization and optimization
  • Monitor SEO performance such as bounce rate, ranking and conversion rate
  • Track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, layouts, content and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Set up, QA and run A/B tests using tools like Optimizely.
  • Ensure tests get up and running, and willing and able to help product and marketing team interpret results and present them to management without bias
