Job Description

Role Purpose

As DORINA’s Digital Marketing Manager, your main role is to:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns with e-trailers to promote brand awareness and improve conversion.
  • Develop and execute communication content plan with customers and prospects.
  • Propose ways to elevate brand image and maintain brand consistencies across platforms.
  • Oversees updating and maintenance of official DORINA website and e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop, plan and execute digital advertising strategies.

Job Responsibilities


  • Strategic planning and creative development
    • Working together with the Marketing Manager, to develop B2B marketing strategy to promote the brand and improve sales.
    • Propose creative ideas to reach potential customers to open new sales channel.
  • Competitor research and trend analysis
    • Keep management informed on latest digital trends and competitor benchmarking.
  • E-tailers website monitoring and improvements
    • Active review of partners’ website to ensure all brand requirements are met.
    • Work with e-tailers to improve the way the brand and products are presented to end-consumer.
    • Develop new ideas to promote brand awareness and improve conversion and execution.
    • Brand shops maintenance and updating
  • Marketplace marketing (including Amazon, TMALL, etc.)
    • Monitor and ensure product information are correct and up-to-date.
    • Search engine optimization.
    • Paid advertising strategic planning, execution and reporting.
    • Includes on-platform advertising and external advertising (GDN, Adwords, Baidu SEO, etc.)
  • E-tailers marketing support
    • Working with in-house graphics team, to coordinate with sales office to provide assets requested.


  • Content Management
    • Working with internal parties to ensure all information available are up-to-date.
  • User Experience
    • Improve UX experience on websites.
    • Propose ways to improve lead generation.
  • Analytics
    • Monitor statistics and reporting, propose improvements.

Requirements for the position

Education level / Professional Qualification

  • University degree or above in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, IT or related disciplines.

Professional Experience

  • At least 5+ years proven work experience with hands-on experience in brand marketing, digital marketing and B2B marketing
  • Be up-to-date with latest digital technologies and e-commerce trends.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Paid ads, Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of e-commence platform (e.g. Salesforce, Magneto, Shopify, etc.)
  • Knowledge in markup languages such as html is a plus.

Language ability

  • Excellent in command of written and spoken English (with excellent communication skills)
  • Knowledge of German, French, Hungarian languages would be an advantage


  • Base in Hong Kong with occasional business travels
