- Develop digital channel operation strategy, channel operation management model, and annual operation plan for web, mobile, and social channel
- Manage operations and maintenance of digital-owned channels and channels where digital is the strategic partner to promote and improve channel efficiency
- Co-create channel operation reporting mechanism with stakeholders (e.g. product owners, marketing, data team, IT) and report to management on regular basis.
- Collaborate with product owners to provide suggestions for operation optimization and digital product iteration and platform positioning based on data and user behavior insight.
l University graduate in Information Systems, Marketing or related business study
l 4-5 year experience in digital channel operation, e-Commerce platform operation, product portfolio management, or related roles.
l Strong understanding of different digital channels, e.g. shopping website, FB, IG, WhatsApp and user behaviors onto the channels.
l Familiar with UI/UX, gathering analytics, and developing strategy and tactics for digital channel operation.
l Good interpersonal skills communicating with both technical and non-technical partners across multiple functions to reach business goals.
l Proficient in Chinese and English
