Job Description

Performance Marketing Expertise 

  • Develop a solid knowledge across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates by attending training, obtaining relevant qualification and keeping up to date with industry news and developments
  • Develop a full working knowledge of all reporting and tracking tools as well as Excel and Power Point
  • Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve Performance results

Campaign / Project Management

Work with your Digital Performance Manager to ensure that:

  • fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks (see Authority Matrix) ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
  • campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
  • campaigns are set up and optimized in the correct way, according to brief and Search Best Practice
  • budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits and are correctly reconciled at the end of each month
  • campaigns are monitored daily and hit relevant targets
  • each search query for the relevant campaign is served with maximum level of relevancy (copy and landing page)
  • reports and presentations are delivered to the highest level of quality and integrity 
  • obtain client approval of search briefs and schedules prior to campaign launches
  • help in preparing performance review presentations
  • provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
  • coordinate and distribute regular status reports
  • keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities
  • have input in developing short and long term search strategies for the client

General Responsibilities

  • Be organized and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification
  • Provide consistent and effective support to senior managers 

Client Relationships

  • Develop positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the goals of the client’s business
  • Be reliable; be someone the client can trust; have integrity

Excellence in Client Service

  • Effectively manage client expectations
  • Under the supervision of the Digital Performance Manager, ensure all campaign / project costs are accurately quoted and cost estimates are delivered to the client and approved prior to campaign launching / project beginning
  • Understand individual client needs and work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility

Professional Responsibilities

  • Be an excellent communicator – provide clear correspondence and specifically well-written, e-mails to ensure all expectations and details are understood by all
  • Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure that all client work is delivered with the highest level of quality and integrity

General and Administrative

  • Complete timesheets on a regular, minimum weekly basis
  • Update relevant budget sheets on a regular, weekly basis
  • Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain an organized filing system on the network drives to ensure others can find documents with reasonable ease
