Job Description

Our Client, Top tier investment firm, is looking for a digital marketing assistant manager to join their Asia Marketing team.

As a digital marketing assistant manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and own the regional websites rollout road map for APAC
  • Communicate the global website template strategy to all local stakeholders in different
    APAC offices
  • To design and deliver wire-frames, user stories and map out user journey to optimize
    user experience
  • To make strategic UI/UX design decision on new website features development
  • Prioritize user stories in regional backlog based on business urgency, architectural
    readiness and other related dependencies
  • Be the point of contact of our regional scrum team for user stories clarification
  • Conduct BAU project management activities to ensure APAC website development
    projects can be delivered on schedule
  • Setting up local websites for different country on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) by
    using contents provided by local countries

Requirements

  • Degree preferably in communication, media, marketing or related major
  • 6 years experience in financial service industry (preferably MNC) for website/mobile channel development
  • Experience in working on Agile projects. Any Agile certification is a plus (e.g. PSM,
    CSM, PSPO, etc)
  • Understanding of UI/UX design best practice (e.g. mobile first and mobile responsive
    design)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Japanese is a
    plus
  • Experience in using prototyping tools is a plus (e.g. InVision)
  • Experience in working with offshore tech teams and ensure the final product can
    accurately fulfill business requirements
  • Hands-on experience in building websites on CMS (preferably AEM) is a big advantage
