We need your expertise and high energy to help us deliver digital projects for some of the largest brands in the world.  More than that - we’re growing our agency team in Asia and need someone with a digital background & enthusiasm for delivering creative solutions to complex marketing problems. 

We’re serious about growth in Asia and ready to hire our core team.  Reporting into the Head of Digital in Asia Pacific, you’ll help us define the agency offering and service not just for the Hong Kong market, but the entire Asia-Pacific region. You will be based in Hong Kong and working with large, international brands on regional projects with global support.  

What you’ll bring to the agency

Primary responsibilities

  • Flawless attention to detail with a proven ability to manage full project life-cycles from brief to delivery
  • Manage project budgets (50k-500k+ USD), timelines and personnel
  • Managing relationships and resource management
  • Hands on responsibility for refining briefs through consultancy, proposing solutions and quotations to managing project roll out and on-going account management, providing regular project updates to teams
  • Responsible and accountable for quality control of digital production, development and channel management
  • User acceptance testing, designing attribution models and system capability analysis
  • Lead teams of developers, designers, and vendors to deliver mobile and web projects
  • Define, research, create functional and technical requirements for light-to-medium software projects
  • Meet and source vendors for specialized technical or creative tasks 

Secondary responsibilities

  • Represents, leads and educates non-digital personnel in mobile/digital ideation and industry trends
  • A passion for all things digital, bringing your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external teams
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to strategic planning, creative ideas, new business development, and long-term client partnerships
  • Support new business teams by taking an active role in bringing digital thinking to agency responses

 

 Skills and experience we’d like you to have 

  • A Project Manager background in a digital agency, digital marketing or digital communications agency with an ambition to build a career as a part of a growing team
  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in launching a host of web sites and mobile applications as project lead in an advertising/marketing agency or client-side environment
  • An ‘armchair developer’. You’ve written code in the past, not just markup. When a bug appears, you have an opinion on what could be causing it. Experience with SQL would be a plus
  • An ‘armchair creative’. You are confident enough in your Photoshop skills, design eye & grasp of current trends in UX to steer creative
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic approach to work
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, a team player who functions well with other people
  • Independent, Informed, Resourceful. Google takes you to elevator expert in minutes
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
