Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulation and implementation of online marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Manage digital/ social media properties – Corporate website, FB, WeChat
  • Work closely with digital agency/ vendor to ensure smooth delivery of online materials towards target production schedule
  • Conduct A/B testing strategies/ conversion plans
  • Focus on digital content development, propose creative content direction and ideas for digital and social media output
  • Monitor current trends on digital & social media, and conduct competitive analysis on a regular basis
  • Optimize search performance via various search engines
  • Implement and monitor social media campaigns with analytics and data to evaluate effectiveness
  • Lead the website revamp project to improve the current website and proactively engage business units and functions to collect requirements and validate changes
  • Prepare website & social media reports and use analytics & data to track results for performance optimization

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate in Digital Marketing/ Communications/Advertising or other related disciplines
  • Min. 5 years of experience and proven track record in Digital & Social Media Marketing is a must, with experience in working with insurance companies, banks or financial institution clients is preferable
  • Exposure in planning and implementation of online campaigns and development of multimedia content
  • Solid experience in print and web design with knowledge in HTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good knowledge of PC skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese WP)
  • Self-motivated, independent, creative thinking and multi-tasking with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
