Job Description:

  • Curate and manage overall digital and social media strategy for company and clients
  • Create dynamic, creative digital campaign ideas
  • Develop digital advertising strategy to maximise online exposure
  • Analyze social media platforms to understand audience, and create dynamic text and visual content for social media channels
  • Maintain relationship with clients and prospective clients
  • Set and achieve social media and digital campaign KPIs for clients and agency
  • Manage Facebook/Instagram advertising and maintain the Facebook community
  • Optimise search performance via various search engines
  • Prepare website & social media reports and use analytics & data to track results for performance optimisation
  • Preparing team presentations and internal reports as necessary for department
  • Liaising with graphic designer based on design support requests from the team and client


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business or related fields
  • 2-3 years’ experience working in digital space
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Experience in Photography (Videography is a plus)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Digital & Social Media Executive
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong
