Company background A listed hospitality group is looking for an experienced candidate to join its elite management team. With the expanded strategic partnership and promising growth of business in Macau, they are looking for a 2nd in charge to support in managing new ventured business and to ensure quality facilities management and service maintenance for its customers.
What’s the role about? This role will station in Macau and report to the CEO while leading and supervising a team of industry professionals on construction projects and facilities management. This role will work closely with business unit leaders and external regulatory units to ensure smooth and up to standard operations. You will be responsible to set up facilities management related policies, manage full spectrum all administrative activities and monitor the progress of the construction sites. You will also be managing a team of 200 staff to ensure smooth running of the hotel. Highly attractive remunerative package and bonus schemes will be offered.
Ideal Candidate should have the followings:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant from a reputable university
- 12+ years of solid experience in large scale facilities management
- Track record of experience with relevant experience of pre-opening or setting up new hotel operations is a must
- Candidates with hospitality/ F&B/ entertainment backgrounds is preferred
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Accreditation in facilities management and strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and energy operating systems
