About the client

Our client is a multinational professional services network with more than 20,000 staffs in 150 countries. To cope with their rapid expansion across APAC, they are currently looking for an experienced candidate with excellent leadership to join as Director.

Job Duties

  • Assist clients drive transformational change in enterprise change , business process improvement , reengineering and digital transformation
  • Help clients seize essential advantages by working alongside business leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities
  • Help create sustainable change by stimulating innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity, optimising deals, and aligning costs with business strategy to create a competitive advantage.
  • Improve clients' effectiveness and efficiency of their finance operations including but not limited to financial process and systems, budgeting, forecasting and transaction processing
  • Understand Clients' unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment
  • Develop and execute business process improvement strategies around complex business initiatives to their clients
  • Align process improvement initiatives with business needs by understanding clients' objectives and strategy
  • Developed market entry strategy and formulated annual growth plan for clients
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure long term effectiveness of process improvements
  • Participate in new business development on assigned management consulting service areas
  • Provide internal training and market trend for junior staffs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to inform on effectiveness and share opportunities for continuous improvement


  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Candidate with Big 4 trained will be a plus
  • Strong business acumen and track record in project management
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills with different stakeholders
