Job Description

The Director of Human Resources influences and drives initiatives in support of the CEO, business executives, and the HR leadership team to cope with growth of the business.

About the role

  • Business Partnering - Provide strategic HR consultations to CEO and executives in support the people issues
  • Organisational Development - Help develop the organisation in line with business objectives and contribute to organisational strategy
  • Talent development - Strategically manage careers on an individual basis by building development plans, defining training opportunities, and also coach the HR business partners to drive the performance management process for personal and department growth
  • Succession planning - Lead and drive the Talent Review process by developing divisional succession plans, in conjunction with HR Business Partners
  • Change Agent - Supports and facilitates change programs
  • Grow people to grow business

About the person

  • Bachelor degree holder. Preferred areas of focus include Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Psychology
  • Prior Human Resources experience of 15+ years
  • Entrepreneurial spirited
  • Proven ability in building relationships and working directly with C level stakeholders
  • Trilingual is highly preferred - Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
